Werktit reporting allows you to view and export spending data across your employee base. Head to your Reports tab via the admin links to see employee spending reports.
Yes! Users can upload their own personal balances into their Werkitt wallet to use alongside any funds they receive from their employer. For example, if the employer gives the user $500, but the users total at checkout costs $700, the user can instantly add a one-time $200 balance on their Werkitt account to make up for the difference. These funds are available instantly for use on any product within the users werkitt catalog.
Single invites or mass upload via CSV! Under your Admin log in account you can send single invites or a mass upload using our CSV template which can be found under +New Employees > Upload CSV > Download Template
Go to our Login page. Click “Forgot Password?” Follow steps to reset password through your email associated with your account.
Once logged in to werkitt, click on “My Account.” You will see a tab that says “Account Balance.” There you will find the balance left on your werkitt card from your employer.
You can check the status of your order under “My Account.” You should have also received an email notification with a link to track your order.
