Shipping & Returns

Something didn't go as planned? We're sorry, Werkitt believes in making things right and is committed to navigating any questions or situation. You can email and requests to: SUPPORT@WERKITT.COM and we will respond in a timely manner.

Items shipped within the contiguous United States can be returned within 30 days for a full refund as long as the item is in like new condition, with the original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

  • Perishables (coffee + food)
  • Subscriptions
  • Uber Eats cards
  • Route Trip Insurance
  • Any Non-Physical Product

Exchanges

We do not technically offer exchanges on any of our products. Products can be returned for a refund (if approved and within the requirements) so that you can repurchase your preferred item or configuration, but we cannot provide a credit towards that new purchase.
